Carney completes Black Sea foray
The forward-deployed guided-missile destroyer USS Carney completed it's two-week Black Sea foray on March 3, making way back into the Aeagen and Mediterranean Seas according to a March 5 Navy press release. Carney, based in Rota, Spain, is on it's fourth patrol since changing homeports in 2015, a routine 6th Fleet cruise, conducting operations with allies and partners.
