Implications of Trump’s arms sale to Saudi Arabia

U.S. President Donald Trump arrived in Saudi Arabia bearing a $110 billion dollar arms agreement. While much of that sale may never materialize, the offer sent a powerful signal about relations between the kingdom and the Trump administration.
