Leif C. Ulstrup

CSC's North American Public Sector

Mr. Ulstrup is Vice President and General Manager of Business Services within CSC's North American Public Sector. Business Services includes consulting, software applications, and business process services offerings focused on the needs of federal clients. Mr. Ulstrup is also CSC's executive sponsor of the BizCloud for Government adaptation of CSC's global cloud services provider offering.

Before joining CSC in September 2009, his previous experience includes: Principal (consulting partner) at Deloitte Consulting LLP (2005-2009), VP of the Defense and Intelligence Business Unit (2003-2005) at Touchstone Consulting, and VP at American Management Systems [AMS] (1989-2003). He started his career as a Software and Systems Engineer at TRW (1982-1989).

Mr. Ulstrup is a graduate of MIT and the Harvard Business School General Manager Program. Mr. Ulstrup is also a member of MIT's Engineering Systems Division Alumni Advisory Council and past co-chair of American University's Kogod School of Business Information Technology Executive Council. He also has served on the boards of local non-profit organizations in the DC area.
