SAIC has been awarded a three-year, $221 million contract to provide IT to the U.S. Army's Human Resources Command.

The contract, which includes a single base year and two option years, includes IT maintenance, enhancement and development of software and databases, according to an SAIC announcement. Customers include the Army's Human Resources Command, Cadet Command, Recruiting Command, and Army Reserve and National Guard soldiers, veterans and families.

"We are pleased to continue and expand our current support to this critical program as they meet the challenges of transformation and soldier service," said John Gully, general manager of SAIC's Army and Air Force Customer Group.
