The Air Force Research Laboratory wants suggestions on how to achieve VICTORY, which it says stands for Vehicular Integration for C4SIR/Electronic Warfare Interoperability

An AFRL solicitation describes VICTORY as “an initiative to develop, validate, and maintain a set of open standard specifications to improve the integration approach for C4ISR/EW and related mission equipment on military ground platforms.” The project has already produced an initial set of specifications that are being used in numerous Army and Marine Corps systems, but AFRL is looking for additional government and industry partners.

There will be a VICTORY technical interchange meeting Dec. 10-12 at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland.
